When your respondent surveys have been returned and scored, we will send the following to you electronically as PDF attachments.

1. Communication Style profile that shows your style’s position on the four-quadrant grid.  Also a one-page style description which describes your style’s strengths and potential weaknesses.  There are 19 style descriptions.
2. Flexibility profile that shows how your respondents rated your flexibility as a communicator.
3. Listening and Speaking profile that shows how your respondents rated your listening and speaking skills.
4. 25-page Keys of Communication participant manual.  Below is the first page of the manual.
