How it Works
Keys of Communication learners choose up to five respondents to fill out an online survey on their communication style and communication effectiveness. The survey is composed of fifty opposite word pairs, for example, formal-informal.
The completed respondent surveys are combined (individual survey responses remain anonymous) and evaluated to generate for the learner three personalized profiles:
Communication Style
Flexibility
Listening and Speaking
The profiles, along with the Keys of Communication manual, provide the learner with the tools to become a more effective communicator.
After paying by credit card, you will be taken to a confirmation page where there is a PDF of the Keys of Communication participant manual. The confirmation page will also have a link for you to complete the pre-course work, i.e., guidelines for choosing your respondents and directions for having them fill out the survey for you. Your respondents will complete the survey on line at www.etikeys.com. When the surveys have been completed Erickson Training International will score your profiles and email them to you as PDF attachments.
The minimum number of completed surveys needed to score your profiles is two and the maximum number that can be used is five.
